Position Overview:

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Retail bank, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the bank’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional service delivery. You will collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals, implement policies, and drive operational excellence, all while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve the bank’s operational and financial objectives.
  • Streamline and enhance operational processes to improve customer service and internal efficiency.
  • Implement robust risk management and compliance procedures to maintain the bank’s integrity and regulatory adherence.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational and administrative professionals.

Qualifications:
