Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
- Scaling Operations: Build and lead a high-performing talent organization, focusing on recruitment productivity, talent acquisition excellence, and employer branding.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse talent team, focusing on professional development and career progression.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to ensure a unified approach to workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage recruitment analytics to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies and metrics.
