Role Overview:
We are partnering with a global leader in the FinTech space that is expanding its European operations. Based in Berlin, the General Manager for Europe will be responsible for leading the entire European business, including strategy, operations, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- European Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy for the European market.
- Revenue & P&L Management: Own the European P&L, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Operations & Scaling: Build and lead a high-performing European team, scaling operations to support market growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the face of the company in Europe, building relationships with key partners and regulatory bodies.
- Product Localization: Partner with the global product team to ensure the company’s offerings are tailored to European market needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record as a General Manager or similar leadership role within a global tech or FinTech organization.
- Extensive experience in scaling businesses across the European market.
- Strong background in strategy, operations, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a cross-functional team.
- Deep understanding of the European FinTech landscape and regulatory environment.
