Our client is a top-tier quantitative trading firm in Hong Kong that is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead their global trading operations. This is a critical leadership role with the responsibility of ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of trading operations, including trade lifecycle management, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Risk Management: Establish and maintain robust operational risk management frameworks to ensure the stability and integrity of the trading platform.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with trading, technology, and compliance teams to ensure a unified approach to trading operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local and international regulations related to trading operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in trading operations leadership within a high-frequency or quantitative trading environment.
- Deep expertise in trade lifecycle management, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Strong background in operational risk management and process optimization.
