The Opportunity:
We are representing a leading investment group in Riyadh that is significantly expanding its operations. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts and build a world-class team to support their growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the group’s expansion plans.
- Executive Search: Lead and manage the recruitment of senior-level and specialist positions across the group’s various business units.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team, providing leadership and professional development.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the group’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and search firms.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably within an investment, private equity, or large corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian talent market and recruitment trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with international recruitment is a strong advantage.
