Position overview:
For our client, a US-based fast-growing, innovative FinTech company revolutionizing the financial services industry, we’re looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition.
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will own and drive the company’s hiring strategy, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across all functions. You will build a high-performing recruiting team, optimize hiring processes, and work closely with leadership to scale our workforce in alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our rapid growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top FinTech employer.
- Optimize recruiting processes, tools, and metrics for efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring strategies.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other recruitment tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years leading recruitment teams.
- Proven experience scaling hiring operations in a high-growth FinTech, SaaS, or tech environment.
- Deep knowledge of best-in-class recruiting strategies, employer branding, and talent market trends.
- Strong leadership skills with a strategic and hands-on approach.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with remote hiring strategies and global talent acquisition is a plus.
