The Role:
We are representing a remote-first European FinTech startup that is seeking a talented Product Designer to join their team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for their global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- User-Centered Design: Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final design.
- Product Strategy: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define and execute the product vision and roadmap.
- Design System: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all platforms.
- User Testing: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
- Design Leadership: Act as a design advocate within the company, fostering a culture of design thinking and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Extensive experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- A passion for building intuitive and exceptional user experiences.
