Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber VP of Finance for a rapidly expanding FinTech company based in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and driving strategic financial planning to support the company’s ambitious growth plans in the Middle East and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and strategic plans to support business growth and expansion.
- Financial Operations: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, and treasury.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support future fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with investors and external financial partners.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local and international financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and driving professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role within a high-growth tech or FinTech environment.
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Experience with international financial operations and regulatory environments, particularly in the Middle East.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
