The Opportunity:

Our client is a high-growth SaaS platform in Paris that is disrupting the enterprise resource planning (ERP) space. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented VP of Sales to lead their global sales organization and drive the next phase of revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy, targeting enterprise-level customers across key industries.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive consistent revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upsells, and renewals.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales organization, focusing on sales productivity, pipeline management, and closing excellence.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments and geographic regions to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
